First run of week three. Apparently it takes a while for instruction to register in my brain and I done two consecutive 1.5 minutes runs and walks then two 3 minute ones. Very tough, knees killing me but I cannot believe I ran for 3 minutes in one go! Feeling pretty epic, even if my lungs did sound like someone playing the bagpipes!

Nice, I loved week 3 it felt like the week when things changed from pooling a couple of minutes to proper running. 3 minutes running - that’s a very credible bus chase!
