Just finished my first C25K and I am actually feeling really good! I must say it was harder then I expected towards the end two runs, although Sarah Millican is a fabulous coach - really keeps you going. Hoping that by the end of 9 weeks we are all up and springing around finding 5k easy peasy! (However at the moment I am doubting it😂😅) Another bonus for me is the fact we are doing it as a family and I am determined to win! I will be the first Noke to finish that 5k💪🏽bring on 9 weeks...

Focus on the 30 minute runs..not the 5K.... but I love your positive attitude.. check out the FAQ post for Newbies...loads of great advice there. Keep it slow and keep it steady !
