Yes it took a while to get out there today. I followed a different route and struggled with run 2 week 2. Realised the road was on an incline so decided to be sensible and revert to flat surface rather than becoming disheartened. Really preoccupied about work and stuff at the moment so I was distracted thinking about that and the time went quickly as a result. As Jo Whiley recommends, try not to dwell on the run, focus on your surroundings. It works for me. Tagged a cross country 20 min walk to end of session. Glad I made the effort. πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ
