W9 R2 - Done - Hated Every Minute

Don't know why this run was so hard but I really struggled all the way through- glad I didn't give up but didn't even have the euphoria of finishing at the end! Graduation run on Tuesday (fingers crossed) so hoping I finish on a high! Happy running all :)

Well done on completing Wk9 R2, that sounded like a tough run for you...

Have you heard about the toxic ten.. its just those first 8 to 10 mins when you start your run and are taking oxygen on board that can leave you feeling very puffed...its totally normal and once you have enough oxygen in your bloodstream to cope with the exertion you will feel much more relaxed. This is why starting your run really slowly can be helpful, as is having a proper warm up walk...

Sometimes they can just be rubbish for no apparent reason. But hey the next one - that is going to be such a buzz and an achievement.

Well done you for keeping going even though you weren’t feeling the love today. That shows grit.
