I’m after some recommendations regarding running tracking watches. I have my iPhone that I run with and it has a fitness tracker which I also use to listen to music whilst running.
I’ve been running for 4 months and have realised that I am committed to running.
I am now running for 4K at the moment and slowly increasing my distance to that golden 5K.
Any recommendations would be most welcome. I don’t want to go over the top on the price. Ta. 😀

I've got a Garmin Forerunner 10, and It's been going strong for three years now. Nothing fancy like checking your heart rate or anything, like that, but it is Garmin's basic model that does what I need and has survived my antics, so I reckon it's good quality.
Last week I upgraded from Fitbit Alta hr to Fitbit ionic- £240 - thinking I’d be able to leave my phone at home and do everything on that. It was rubbish. I’ve sent it back and gone back to the Alta hr. I’ll stick with using my phone to play music free on Spotify and track my runs on map my fitness, and my Alta to track heart rate, steps, active minutes and sleep etc. Not sure about other trackers but don’t bother with the ionic - something cheaper with your own phone is better!
