I am hoping to treat myself with a running watch and have been given some good advice from MontyMoodog. I would love some recommendations from all you great people out there.
Currently I have an android phone Samsung Galaxy and am thinking about the Huawei Honor Magic 2 46mm smartwatch.
All opinions gratefully received. BTW I’m not great technically and need one that’s fairly easy and simple to programme and use.
TIA.
June.

I used a Garmin Forerunner 35 and loved it... the 45 is a little more money but gives a lot of bang for your buck. Currently I have a 245 which has some more advanced running features. I’d recommend any of those to new runners, they’ll do everything you need for a good long while, and after that there’s a Fenix. There’s also some great deals around on the 235 which still gets very high ratings against newer models.
I've a Fitbit versa 2 and I adore it! I do several different type of exercise and get a lot out of fitbit premium with the guided programmes abd workouts. I also use it as a smart watch and love all its functionality. Its improved my sleep, water intake and weight loss as well as meant I am on my phone less as i know if a message or call is urgent or i can reply later.
