Hi All. Just started this running malarkey this week. Today will be W1R3. I have to say I am finding it difficult but am determined to achieve this. Does everyone find this hard at first?!!

Most people find the start of the programme difficult. I found each run of the programme was a challenge but a challenge that I could (and did) achieve. Now (a year on) I regularly run 5k and have sometimes run 10k. It's still a challenge but one that I can (and do) achieve.

You can do this, it's a life changer!

Trust the program. It really does work.
