Started couch to 5k in Feb. Only got 3 weeks in before an extended holiday (which consisted of zero running!)
Where should I pick up from? It’s now been several weeks. Should I just go back to week one and start all over again?

Had you done wk3? Maybe try wk3 run 1 and see how you feel? If it's too much go back to beginning of program?
Did W3R1 again. Didn’t pace myself on the first 90sec so mucked up on the first 3mins but I feel like W2 would be too easy now. So I will treat today as a warm up run and start week 3 proper tomorrow. Thanks again.
Yeah I did W3R2 but didn’t manage to finish the week. Might try a W3 again like you suggested. Maybe start W3 again - see how I get on. Thanks!
