For anyone needing a bit of runspiration, I did Seaton parkrun in Devon today as I’m visiting my dad and it’s his nearest. It was blooming hard work because part of the route is on the pebble beach - but that didn’t stop one amazing 95-year-young man from completing it in celebration of his birthday. He’s my new running hero and just the inspiration I needed as I struggle to return from injury, as well as further testament to the glorious inclusivity of parkrun 💕

I remember when they asked the oldest Italian lady recently, her secret, I think she said , 3 eggs a day , 2 raw and 1 boiled. 🤔
She did not do parkruns and was maybe 15 + years older.🤔
