Well who'd have thought 5 weeks ago I would be where I am now! Can't believe it!
My husband works away and is home next week after 5 weeks away, it means we can go out for a run and I won't feel like I'm holding him back.
To think he left and I couldn't do a minute without being out of breath! 20min run on Monday will be a challenge but then again so was week 1!
If your just starting out and feeling that you really can't do it, just keep with the programme, it has really helped me with providing step by step encouragement...you will get there.
Have a great weekend everyone ππββοΈ

Well done! I've just done w5r2 too, it's a great feeling to have got this far isn't it? Just got that 20 min run to crack next time - yikes! π² Good luck, see you on the other side! π
I will be doing mine on Tuesday, I'm having extra rest days at the moment to make sure my knee pain doesn't come back, so you will be zooming ahead of me! Go girl!
