So I’m in Yorkshire this weekend visiting relatives and staying in beautiful surroundings. I have brought my kit with me and decided to get out on our first day and go for it. Half way round I realised that I’d been running for a while and I had accidentally paused Sarah’s voice when taking a pic during the walk interval. Carried on running after playing play and ran for six minutes! Completed every interval and then did an extra one as I was having so much fun! Definitely been too hesitant repeating week 3 for far too long! Going to believe in myself a bit more from now on and instead of completing yet another week 3 run on Sunday, I’m going to crack on with week 4. Feeling great and ever thankful for the vote of confidence I have been given from messages jetsowner and tasha99 have sent as well as messages on my post! Thank you!

That’s great news and such a lovely way to find your confidence. Who knew that forgetting to start the app would be just the gentle nudge you needed. Have a great wk 4.
