Wk 6 run 2 run to work this morning! Didn't walk properly for 5 to warm up. Right calf strained now!! 😡will I ever get past week 6😱

Rest it up and let it heal, you will progress but in your own time, you are already past half way through. Look after that calf.

Rest up then come back to it remembering to include the warmup. You’ll get there.

Yes, you will get past w6, need to warm up properly, and maybe do strengthening excercises for legs n back/core.. strength and flex excercises come highly recommended..restup, hope you're not out for too long..

The advice about warming up, cooling down, rest days, sticking to the programme etc. is all based on sound scientific knowledge, so please, for your own sake, heed it.
