Having got to week 6 before then slipped back because of holidays, weather and injury, I’ve finally finished week 5 run 3 again. Although this is the third time I’ve got this far, it is so much better this time.

Thanks to the tips in this group I’ve got my breathing much better and I am going slower. I’m pretty confident I WILL make it to graduation this time.
