Went for run 2 of week 6 early this morning and massively failed only managing the first 5 mins run and then only about 2 on the second 10 min run, feeling really frustrated as managed 20 mins on week 5, but did struggle slightly with run 1 this week. Trying again tomorrow!

Hi, sorry to hear you struggled today. It’s always disappointing when that happens but you’ll be fine so don’t be too downhearted. Good luck with your next run and let us know how it goes. 😀

Same here. I was so "afraid" of my first 20 minute run; was sure I would not manage. In the end it went well. So looking forward to week 6 run 1 thinking " Must be a piece of cake compared to the 20 min run". It was anything but.... I was so frustrated and ready to stop as "clearly running isn't for me". Fast forward 3 weeks and I just completed run 1 in week 8 and feel good about it. Forget aboit todays run and just try again tomorrow, you can do it!
