This morning I went out and SMASHED IT πππ Thanks all of you who sent me your encouragements and advice on Monday after "failing" my 30 mins run. I managed my pace and listened to chill out music. To say I was over the moon is an understatement π
It's even more special today! 6 years ago today, I was diagnosed with a stage 3 invasive breast cancer...since then, the 4th of April is a celebration of being alive π and gosh...this morning I felt on top of the world ππ»π€ΈπΌββοΈππΌββοΈπͺπ»

You are going to have to be cautious and stick with the no brainer slow and steady.Footfall under your hips,no overstriding, getting your extra oxygen, effortlessly, Plenty time later after you have strengthened your legs and lungs for other stuff.πππ
Yes, that's my plan. After what you told me on Monday and after finishing my 20 mins this morning, I'm going to stick to this pace. There's going to be plenty of time to increase the speed in the future π
