This morning I went out and SMASHED IT πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ Thanks all of you who sent me your encouragements and advice on Monday after "failing" my 30 mins run. I managed my pace and listened to chill out music. To say I was over the moon is an understatement 😁

It's even more special today! 6 years ago today, I was diagnosed with a stage 3 invasive breast cancer...since then, the 4th of April is a celebration of being alive 😁 and gosh...this morning I felt on top of the world πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏻

Again thanks everyone this place is brilliant βœ¨πŸ’«πŸ˜πŸ˜‰

I followed your advice...slow and steady πŸ˜‰ overall pace of 7:36 (including 2x 5mins walks) I'm HAPPY 😁 x

That’s a very encouraging pace.30/7.36 = 4.1k.

You have got plenty in the tank.πŸ€”πŸ‘πŸ‘

You are going to have to be cautious and stick with the no brainer slow and steady.Footfall under your hips,no overstriding, getting your extra oxygen, effortlessly, Plenty time later after you have strengthened your legs and lungs for other stuff.πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘

Very well doneπŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘

Yes be happy and proud.πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘

THANK YOU 😊

Yes, that's my plan. After what you told me on Monday and after finishing my 20 mins this morning, I'm going to stick to this pace. There's going to be plenty of time to increase the speed in the future πŸ˜‰

Take Mentors caution on board.πŸ€”πŸ‘πŸ‘

After the 20 min milestone, πŸ‘ going to the 6.1 and 6.2 walking breaks sometimes can throw you. After that all continuous runs.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

The programme is still building you and us.We are still novices even when we finish the 27 runs.πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’«
