Finally completed the program! For me it was 12 weeks to 4.2K, pausing for a chest infection and shin pain, but I have made it!

Although this is my first post I want to thank all of you for posting your stories and helpfully tips, it has kept me interested and kept me motivated. So what is next? Any ideas?? My first goal is the elusive 5K then .......... from here to 10K? Ideas please x

You've come a long way in 3 months so best thing is to consolidate for a while and just enjoy it. For variety try the C25K+ podcasts. They'll get you thinking about pace and cadence. There is a Bridge to 10K forum that goes onwards. You'll recognise the folks on there.

Thanks Jen, its been quite a journey, funny how running was something I thought others did, I'm beginning to believe this could be something I will build on for a long time to come.
