Week 8 completed , but it was touch and go

I nearly didn't go this morning as yesterday I thought I had a niggling twinge in left thigh.

This morning I got up walked around, couldn't feel it ( Does this make us over think everything?)

Decided I would go, and thought about that bloody leg all the way!!!!

At one point I thought I was going to have to stop, but I can't say why, I just didn't think I could do it.

I found it hard, tried to go slower, in fact I thought I had until I got home and looked at app. Still, 2 days before I go again , hopefully I will have stopped worrying about the leg by then.😶

I’m on W8 R2 next. It’s a bgr!!! But I’ve come this far so I’m not giving up!!!

I am not a medic but look up ( Tensor Fascia Latae )

It helped me with hip pain , I started to do hip flexor exercise

I now have a foam roller which I find is great , You Tube (Runtastic Fitness)

Feels ok today, but best to have things like a foam roller for when you need it 🤨.
