Bank holiday Graduation

After 11 weeks of sticking to the plan, I decided Bank Holiday Monday was the day to do do my final week nine run. After a semi relaxing day and after the rain stopped I set out.

I decided to use the run tracker app abandoned in week seven just to see how far my final plan run was. I was pleased to find out after successfully completing the final run, that I had covered 5.46 km.

Such a feeling of satisfaction to complete the plan and to cover that distance. Who would have thought it in January!

Now to consolidate my 5k runs.....onwards and upwards!!!

Thanks, I read Ian’s (?) post a few weeks ago as I worried about what was next and am determined to build on the plan. I think I will run 30 mins for a few more weeks then I am going to find an app to follow to either build distance or speed (I am thinking of the latter as I have limited time and half hour session suit my time constraints).
