I probably know the answer to this , I also know I’m in danger of addictive symptoms
I’m not so mad as to want to run every day but sometimes things conspire to disrupt the pattern of run/ rest days. So is it ok to do occasional consecutive days or am I pushing injury luck?
I graduated in November and have been doing 3 runs a week since then and every other day whilst away on holiday for all of February . Am I being seduced by that ‘yayyyy’ feeling after good run? Comments and advice welcome
