I’m just about to start C25k with my daughter who has graduated. I’m a bit nervous and could do with some advice especially as I’m over 70! Thanks

Well done. My advice is to enjoy yourself and there’s no such thing as too slow 😄.

Read the guide to the programme under the FAQs

Don’t worry, there are lots of more mature runners here. A while ago someone graduated at 84

Take it really slow

Enjoy yourself

Use the forum for motivation

It will be lovely to run with your daughter but make sure that you set the pace and don’t feel you have to run faster than your comfortable pace

Good luck👍😊

Go slow!

go really slow, first of all slowly read the guide that IannodaTruffe has added in and then just enjoy it. Most of us take longer than the 9 weeks to get to graduation - it’s a friendly target not an obligation. Run your way in your time.

Happy running and looking forward to reading how you get on
