Just completed week 5 run 1. OMG that was hard work today. Feel I’ve achieved something. I think though I’m going to repeat that run again as had a few struggles. Feeling happy with myself.

If you did the run, it’s okay to move onto the next one but if you feel it was too much of a struggle then do repeat it. But each run is supposed to be a stretch and consolidation, so the first run in a new week, often feels tougher. Why not have a bash at R2 and if that doesn’t feel so good, then repeat that one.
But well done you - almost half way through now - what a great achievement
