Had a super run this morning. It was cold and frosty so hat and gloves back on again. (well till about half way).
2.4 miles or 3.8 Km. I don't know if that is good or bad but it's good enough for me
I'm feeling quietly confident for next week and I have to say that when I started this programme I had no thought of getting to the end of it. Now, I KNOW I can do it.
Oh how exciting, that's so good. I am on week 7 run 3 tonight and feeling excited about getting to week 9. I am very very slow and definitely not running as far as you but I'll get there. Hoping it does eventually get easier.

Yes, I'm not bothered about how far/fast I can go, I only want to see if I can do a little better each time. I'm not trying to get better than anyone else, only myself ๐ x
Thank you. How are you bearing up? I hope that you're not in pain and your foot is healing nicely. I'm so looking forward to Monday ( fair weather please). A nice relaxing weekend, although I'll still be doing my 4 & 1/2 mile walk. ๐ x
