Just completed week 7 run 2 but went a bit over to prepare myself for the next one. That’s my cool down speed 4.0 mph. My run speed is only 6.5 mph. What speeds does everyone else do ?

I did my earlier week runs on treadmill and I think i was running at 4-5 , running on treadmill used to scare me so for me its a confidence thing , I've got week 7 run 2 tomorrow but run outside now
That is great, getting all the building strength and stamima benefits.

They do whatever is right for them.. this is all about structured and steady build up... so,, you just run and you enjoy
So long as you can still hold a conversation, then your pace is okay, but we had an 83 year old lady graduate last year and we have had speedy 20 year old lads here, so we don't enourage direct comparison, as it is pretty futile and some find it discouraging.
