I’m ok thanks, it’s very kind of you to ask 😊

I’m not going to lie though, I did Week 5 Run 3 last night and found it really really hard! It send everyone is delighted when they complete that run but I just felt disappointed that I’d found it so hard and didn’t enjoy it at all 🤷🏻‍♀️ I hope I feel better in week 6 because I really do want to get the running bug and up to this point felt sure I would

I got ill after week for and I think I had the coronavirus. It wasn’t too bad but it left me very very tired for a week. So I need to tweak for when I was better and it seems to have worked. You could try be doing week five. Just a suggestion

Oh I’m glad you recovered well from it!

I’m not up for repeating week 5, although thank you for the suggestion, I’m going to see how I get on with Run 1 & 2 of week 6 and push on through. I think it might be a case of slowing down...I feel like I am going really slowly and didn’t see how I could go slower but having read some posts on here and checked my timings I am obviously going faster than some which would seem slower is possible, so I’ll give it a go tonight and see just how slow I can go!
