Hello, I have completed to NHS Couch to 5k and am still running 3 times a week and loving it. I am seriously considering 10K. Could you please suggest a good app that I could download to use for an iPhone? Many thanks

There's no official NHS app for bridging from 5k to 10k but there are a few 3rd party ones together with podcasts. There are the blufin bridge to 10 blog.bluefinapps.com/about-... and the sami murphy one see here healthunlocked.com/couchto5......
Personally I'd recommend joining the bridge to 10k forum on here and saying hi together with having a look at ju-ju's bridge to 10k program (she's an admin on here). It owrked for me
