How's it all going? Hope everyone is enjoying their running and for all those who are doing the program at the moment, hope all is going well.
Myself, due to injury and also a new job getting out there has proven to be quite a mission over the past couple of months. Managed to get out there today and get a feel of where I'm at with the fitness, etc. and pleasantly surprised myself with a 4K run. How my legs will feel in the morning, now that will probably be another post or title, but for the time being I'm happy.
Goal for now is to get myself into some sort of shape before mid May as Ramadan is starting (might just do a "build up to Ramadan" post, showing how I will be preparing for it in a running point of view) and in the meantime try and reduce the Tyre waistline I currently own.
Someone has recommended me to watch this, so if anyone else has a low profile spare Tyre this might be useful for you.
