My C25K Badge has arrived

C25K badge has arrived. It only took seven working days to reach me here in Oman, it looks great and wonderful to wear. I feel like I’m representing something official.

I would like to report that during this Ramadan month of fasting my programme has changed, I now run in the evening instead of early mornings, I do about 2.5km of running and walk 2km three times a week. I feel this way keeps me going with my schedule and don’t really get myself exhausted and dehydrated . I also feel going back to 30 minutes of running shouldn’t take me too long after this month. Looking forward to getting back to proper running.

It must be very hard for you - particularly the dehydration. I wish you well on your journey and keep us posted please. That's one of the nice things about this site - we are all so different but the same! Happy running!
