Week 2 run 3

It has taken me 3 weeks to do the first 2 weeks because of work commitments and snow and ice. With snow forecast again and it starting already, I grabbed the chance to finish my last week 2 run. My stamina getting better but it was windy and so cold it took my breath away 😩I am really feeling good that I can now start week 3😊, hopefully snow won't come to much and affect my runs next week!!!!!!

Well done you.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Yes the cold air will do that. The extra oxygen transfer to your blood stream and muscles that you need to run is less efficient.

A non medical explanation.

If you must run, just go slower.πŸŒŸπŸ‘πŸ‘

Well done. And don’t feel your running weeks have to match calendar weeks. I only ran twice most weeks and I think I felt better for it
