After feeling elated from my 2nd run on Thursday I managed to run 4.4km in 28 mins....I just felt so sluggish this morning... I put it down to the snow. But, I got myself to the gym and did my 50mins weights class and then went to the treadmill in the gym.... I know I must be crazy do weights before a run but I’ve been doing this before all my Saturday morning runs... but today I couldn’t do it after the 5 min walk up walk I ran for 10 mins and then went back to walking thinking I’d walk for a couple of mins and then jog again but I couldn’t do it... just walked at a brisk pace for the rest of the time.
Think I need a soak and some rest... will I need to repeat this run to graduate?
