Week 8, Run 3... I struggled 😕

After feeling elated from my 2nd run on Thursday I managed to run 4.4km in 28 mins....I just felt so sluggish this morning... I put it down to the snow. But, I got myself to the gym and did my 50mins weights class and then went to the treadmill in the gym.... I know I must be crazy do weights before a run but I’ve been doing this before all my Saturday morning runs... but today I couldn’t do it after the 5 min walk up walk I ran for 10 mins and then went back to walking thinking I’d walk for a couple of mins and then jog again but I couldn’t do it... just walked at a brisk pace for the rest of the time.

Think I need a soak and some rest... will I need to repeat this run to graduate?

Not to worry we all have off days.

Well strictly speaking you havnt yet done this run, but you will next time! Take an extra rest day maybe then do the run 👍🏼😀

Rest up and repeat... :) Also maybe be a tad kinder to yourself and your body :)
