Got to the penultimate 90-sec run yesterday morning feeling ok then tweaked my right calf - ouch! Limped home and was properly sore for the rest of the day. See how it is tomorrow.

Well done! Very gently stretch and massage calf, hopefully it's not too bad... Always make sure you warmup and stretch properly after runs..and watch the speed..slow and steady..

Stretch it and see how it is.. do not ignore any twinges... believe me, it can be costly !
