Sigh, just wrote a huge post on my run yesterday! Just disappeared 🙄 I can't do it all again. It was a glorious sunny morning and went well! Happy St Patrick's Day today! If the Guinness doesn't lead me astray I'll be out doing R3 tomorrow 🏃♀️🏃🏃♂️ hope everyone is going well 🌞
