It’s taken since before Christmas, regular appointments with a Sports Physio ( ouch and ouch some more!), daily exercises for three months and much, much reigning it in patience, but I’m back. Today was my first 5k run since the injury couch (IC). Whooppppppppeeeeeeeeee!
Now I just need to continue to rebuild slow and steady. What a great start ready for the better weather and longer days.
