W6R3 in the bag... I can’t believe it!
From W5 I moved from road runs to treadmill, to help me with my shin splints.
It worked wonders, because apart from being gentler on the joints treadmill running also means that I can set up a slow pace and just trod on, concentrating on finding a good rhythm.
Today was a good day...
