Anyone just starting this.... ‘Believe’ you can do it !! I’m 52 and hadn’t run since I was at school! About to start week 8 and starting to feel like a runner! From barely being able to complete 60 seconds at a time in week one . I’m now about to run for 28 minutes! Every week something different hurts , from knees to calves to hips! Make sure you warm up and stretch well after. I’ve started doing a few strengthening exercises between runs which helps !! Please keep going.... my weight is dropping too which is great during lockdown as having a few biscuits and cakes here and there lol ...... ‘Believe it and you will see it!’ Vikki .
