Running 5k 3 times since graduations managing 36 minutes nearly 50 so think that’s ok. Not sure I want to run any further distance wise as hard enough I feel. Still enjoying hopefully continue x

You do remember the whole debacle over the Irn Bru fanny advert right?! :D There's a whole load of English people on the forum reading this and going :O because it just doesn't quite translate the same. Man, I spent *weeks* trying to explain that no, it actually was fine for your child to hear the word before the watershed, unless you have a problem with the word "eejit" too! :D

well done on graduating and keeping the running going. A funny thing with longer runs is they help the shorter ones quite a bit, so maybe by going a little further you'd start to find the 5k easier. Just a thought :)

Fudge, I missed your graduation, apologies and belated congratulations! :) Nice one in managing it before the milestone too!

I think that's bloody brilliant 5K in 36 mins, whatever age! ;) I went with sticking to 30 mins until the distance crept up and that worked really well for me. Meant that it felt comfortable and so I wasn't tempted to go "Stuff this, I'm done now"...
