I’ve only listened to Michael so I can’t say. Saw Jo Whiley in M&S the other day and just wished it had been Michael, he’d have got a shock I was all emotional after my Parks Run 🙄
Sarah doesn't speak much: the podcasts are mostly with music (ranging from pop to unlikely electro) and Laura speaks in the introduction to give you the instructions, then she gives the timing; she also encourages you after each interval (sometimes during). So I figure, very different from the other "coaches" (I've only used the Laura's podcasts, so just guessing).
