So yesterday was my final run of couch25k, it was at Hanley Park run, it took just under 50 mins, so I was happy, it was super tough with some tough inclines, but I did it, my 60 year old dad (ex marathon runner) came to do it with me , the support from my running club was incredible they came back to get me at the end and got me over the finish line
