Graduation and beyond!

Week 9run 3 completed last week! Have enjoyed the encouragement and tips from you all and it really helped me through a few hard runs. Thank you all! Since January most of my runs were on the treadmill due to time commitments and icy pavements/roads. Started outside again this week and it was a shock to my system- mainly caused by having to find and regulate my pace without the help of just pressing a button. But I’m not going to give up! Looking forward to running in the fresh spring air 😊
