Did W3R1 two days ago - was v nervous about a 3 minute run but the first one was relatively easy - the second one less so but was slightly uphill (that's my excuse). Went for a wax yesterday and the lady told me that she felt my legs firmer - before I told her I'd taken up jogging! Result! PS thanks to all those who took the time to reply to my first post - lots of useful info and support. Am aiming for W3R2 this morning and the sun is shining......
