A second go at it after the snow set us back a bit. We were more confident because we had done it before, and surprisingly we both felt from a cardio point of view it was easier than the first time round despite near enough a week of zero cardio exercise - a little harder on the legs perhaps. Little activity monitor reckons we did do a little better than last time which is good to see - looking forward to week six now and hopefully at last a daytime trail run maybe at the weekend...
