Second run of week 1 completed.

Things I have learnt:

It's a lot nicer when you don't have to worry about slipping over

Eating a load of rubbish on the previous day really does have a negative impact

The elastic in my leggings has finally given up so I need to get some new ones soon if I don't want to be flashing the locals!

I agree, so much better without the snow and ice! You can get some colourful patterned leggings 😀

Well done! I've joined the C25k club at work, so I ran first time on Monday and today is my second run. I didn't realise how unfit I'd become since dropping out in Nov but I feel better already!

Hope the elastic holds until you replace your lettings! lol
