Week 9 starts tomorrow!

Did my W8R3 yesterday and had an amazing run! Hubby came with me, we did a different route and I did a longer warm up including stretches (thanks guys for the tips) before going out the door… In the end I did 28 minutes rested/cooled down for only about three minutes then did another 6 1/2 mins to finish off...!!! I had felt rough and negative b4 going out and finished feeling amazing!! So I suppose if I feel good before tomorrow's run it will be hard going!! 👎🤣😱

Good luck on your graduation week, although it sounds as though you have that nicely sussed..
