I don’t ache!

Yesterday was run and apart from the feeling heavy (try to be better hydrated next time -thanks for the advise all) the run went ok.

Today, for the first time ever, I don’t ache! I’m not sure if it was getting proper trainers, not trying to push myself too far or what but my legs are ache free!!!

Probably a combination of them all? I know when I got my new trainers my aching feet stopped immediately 👍🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I’ll be honest it’s really nice not dreading standing up and walking

I find if I eat before run and drink plenty give time plenty time before u run time depends how u eaten.

So put fuel in your tank

Makes me feel better in my legs they not so heavy

And keep it slow
