Hi All,

I’ve not posted anything on here for a while but...... I’ve recently had to visit my doctor as I have a lump on the right side of my left knee. Obviously this was worrying for me. The doctor has told me it’s a Baker Cyst which he hasn’t seen on the side of the knee before. I am active as I run and go to the gym twice a week but I have been told to stop all exercise for a few weeks.

My reason for upping my fitness levels is I suffer from anxiety and I find working out help me a lot. Do any of you lovely people have any suggestions on what exercise I can do at home?

I like to throw on a yoga video from time to time. You can keep it low key and we can all stand to be a little more flexible.

I second the yoga. It'll help you to be patient while the weeks on the IC pass 👍🏼
