Back out on the roads again this morning, Wk 3 run 1. Three minutes running was ok! 90 seconds seemed to fly by. Roll on Run 2 on Wednesday

You will smash it after your parkin exploits! Think it does you good to actually do a 5k so you have some sort of perspective to what we are all working towards! Not so scary then! Good luck tomorrow!

Build yourself a post graduation plan is my advice. I sent myself 3 reminders a week from Mr Smooth to keep on running (Michael Johnson). I got my kit out as always so it would nag me. I started my running blog, so to blog I had to run. I also told all my friends I was going to do it. Basically I came up with as many blockers as I could to stop me sliding. I am a bit flaky on stuff, but I find now I miss the running and get a bit tetchy if I don’t do it..... Good luck with your running. I am sure you will be fine

Cool, will have a read. See it's a wordpress site. I have one of these too, do you know who to set up your blog so it reads from page 1 through rather than from the last entry?

It depends on two things. Number one did you get the ‘pro’ version and number two which style you chose. The layout you choose gives you the render options. And each one works slightly different. If you have the pro version you can get online help . Mr JCR has a diffferent one Colincanride.com have a look at that and see what you think. Also Rignold has a wordpress site teamrhomboid.com which is a different render again. If you look at all 3 you could raise a ticket to see which version would be better to do what you want
