It's my short run day . I knew it was cold about -2. But that's okay I don't mind the cold. What I didn't like is some of the pavements where the sun hadn't got to yet where icy. Just an extra bit of waking to get to the thawed out paths .

Glad you enjoyed your run today Buddy34, just short, this morning I took a walk round Dunfermline parkrun course, I am now on the bus coming back.

am glad that I was not running as there were a lot of icy patches on it,.

Tomorrow I probably will be at Drumpelliier for my 10th parkrun.

As I said a few places were slippy where the sun hadn't got to yet but the rest was ok. I will be at Drumpiellier tomorrow for parkrun number 6 😊

Don't worry I was very careful . The first few bits of pavement were a bit icy and I thought if this continues I'm turning back home . The rest was fine. 😊😊
