Ice dodging graduate of 5k yippeeee

Never thought I could have done this. Thank you everyone for all your inspiration and encouragement. I've had a few days off due to the snow and the doubts started to creep in but I just went out. Rain, wind and having to dodge the ice underfoot but I DID IT !!!!

Graduate right here.

I haven't achieved anything for myself in a long time and this is just the start. Race for life here we come hoping to run that 5k in under 30 minute. Today I ran 4.4k in 34 minutes but 5 minutes of that was cool down walk.

Brilliant thank you I had planned to just keep going with week 9 till I get the 5k in under 30 minutes as I have signed up for race for life but I will take a look at that link as I have really enjoyed the structure of this program to keep me on track
