everything hurts ++ :-(

W8R2... and dreading it... everything hurts - my knees, big toes, my back, my calves, my glutes :-(

and it all hurts for 25 mins and then miraculously during the last 5 mins when I am close to home and the adrenalin kicks in I don't feel any pain at all!

Tips on best warm up/stretches or drugs?!?!

Are you sure you’re not coming down with something, that sounds like a whole lot of pain going on!?

It could be a bug that is hitting you, and you really need to listen to your body...If you are sure you are well, then slow down.. and then more so... snail on a go slow:)

Stretches...as recommended in the FAQ post and ones many of us use..

Before.... always dynamic if you do them and after..

These longer runs should be slow and relaxed and enjoyable.... your new running legs should be taking you very steadily onwards... Stamina and strength exercises too on rest days help with the runs... and I feel should be upped as the runs get longer:)

Make sure you feel well before heading out again :)
