Curry and chilli! PErfect running grub. Both slip down a treat and can be very healthy 🌶😂

You can use yak trax for extra grip in ice and snow

Yeah, o'course 😊 Postmen swear by em. They fit over your shoes to give you more grip. I think running is best NOT done on ice and snow mind you, but I have done both ☺
